pg/mL pmol/L × 3.671 (200 pg/mL = 734 pmol/L)

Testosterone

nmol/L ng/dL × 28.84 (1.7 nmol/L = 49 ng/dL)
ng/dL nmol/L ÷ 28.84 (50 ng/dL = 1.73 nmol/L)
